Wild picking workshop
Are you not afraid to turn your hands green and do you like a scavenger hunt or is your cookbook ready for a new recipe?
Nothing beats preparing your own food (or drink), especially if you can find the ingredients in the wild. During this walk, you will go in search of culinary delights from the dunes, which change every month. You will pick different ingredients for the tastiest dishes. Blossom syrup, nuisance-green pesto with focaccia, weed-naan and elderflower champagne are on the menu this spring.
The (first) processing will take place immediately and you will be given wild-picking explanations, supplies and the recipe to take home.

Costs are € 40,- p.p. (min. 10 persons)

Starting point is the gate at the entrance to the Duinpieperpad in Zandvoort Noord

- The wild picking workshop takes about 3 hours
- As you will be going off the paths, the walk is not suitable for people with walking difficulties
- Includes (self-processed) lunch
- Fixed starting time is 10 a.m.
