Rapa Nui and Patronaat are joining forces again for outdoor shows! After having been patient for a long time, we can finally organize shows at full capacity again. And what better way to do that than on the beach with the sea, the setting sun and Chef'Special on stage?
The Haarlemmers of Chef'Special have belonged to the established order of the Dutch music industry for quite some time now and they are also becoming more and more well-known in the rest of Europe. In recent years, they have toured the United States, played a sold-out Ziggo Dome, performed several sold-out headline shows at AFAS Live and played gigs at well-known festivals such as Pinkpop and Lowlands. Their mix of pop, reggae, rock and hip-hop always guarantees a party, so we can't wait to see the dancing crowd at this show!
The support act for Chef'Special is provided by new talent Ben Forte, so be on time! Ben Forte is a 21 year old rapper-songwriter from Utrecht. He writes Dutch songs about love, happiness and self-conflict. On stage he brings this solo with his piano and loop station. Last summer he was the support act of Chef'Special seven times and he was the face of the latest NS campaign, for which he also wrote the music. He also won the Amsterdam Pop Prize in 2019 and already has over 1,500,000 plays on Spotify.
This concert will take place in the open air, at beach tent Rapa Nui in Zandvoort.
